All orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post Express.
Holiday Period Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched using selected couriers based on your location. The couriers include Australia Post, Amarex, Couriers-please and StarTrak. If you'd like to request a certain courier for delivery, please contact us for more information.
Domestic AU Delivery Times
Once the order has been picked you will be provided with a tracking ID number via shippit. The following times below are an estimation of delivery once the order has been collected from our warehouse.

International sending cut-off dates vary depending on destination and the chosen delivery service. All orders must be placed by December 12th.

All orders are dispatched via Shippit, which uses selected couriers based on your location, which include Australia Post, Amarex, Couriers-please and StarTrak. If you'd like to request a certain courier for delivery, please contact us for more information.

NZ Delivery Times
Once the order has been picked you will be provided with a tracking ID number via shippit. The following times below are an estimation of delivery once the order has been collected from our warehouse. Please note there may be customs delays that can affect the below times.
- Metro: 5-8 Days
Regional / Other: 7 - 14 Days
To enquiry about special deliveries including military boxes, specific regional areas and any other form of specialised shipments, please contact us.

If you package has not arrived after the standard delivery period please contact us using our customer service form.
If you have placed an order and immediately request a change or modification we'll be more than happy to accommodate. We are unable to edit or change the delivery address once it has been shipped or dispatched.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated on an order, and the package is delivered, Columbia Sportswear will not be liable for any replacement or refund. We will happily request an investigation from Australia Post to see who is at fault.
